Mida™ E83
TXL110 optical transmission system is designed to meet application needs
for workpiece inspection on small machining centres.
The very compact transmitter dimensions enable part probing also on machines
with restricted working area and mounting on small tool holders.
The exceptional performances of the optical transmitter such as transmission
distance, battery life, resistance to hot chips and pressure coolant grant
the use of MARPOSS touch probes even in the harshest environment obtaining
high production quality.
The main difference of TXL110 transmitter compared to the E83 360° one
is represented by the unidirectional transmission oriented toward 110°.
This solution is particularly suitable for VMC and milling machine with
automatic toolchanger.
The new TXL110 transmitter is fully compatible with all E83 family’s elements
and can be applied with the RXI
integrated interface receiver, reducing in this way installation costs
and wiring times. Its assembling is very simple and allows to install
the TXL110 on already functioning machines, too.

Thanks
to the wireless optical transmission the new E83 TXL110 can be used
to retrofit a wide range of machining centres and small milling machines
with easy machine modifications. MARPOSS deliver a wide choice of software
packages for different type of CNC, including macro easily programmable
by the operator according to the control to perform and the machine
type.

The system
is activated by an optical signal emitted from the receiver to the transmitter
through an M-code command sent from the machine CNC to the E83 interface.
The transmission is automatically deactivated when the time, set by
means of some switches located inside the transmitter battery housing,
expires or by M-code command.
