The modular
Mida™ system is Marposs solution for verification and dimensional checks
of parts and tools and for continuous process monitoring on CNC machine
tools.
To simplify new machine installations and retrofitting, Mida™ probes
are compatible with most current mechanical and electronic interface
standards and offer a selection of hard wired and non contact communications
options.
Mida™technology is also available for non contact measurement on milling
machines and machining centers using the Mida™ Laser
system.
Mida™ monitoring systems give the possibility to continuously check
working process by means of a wide range of sensors
on board.
All the components of the Mida™Line are designed to resist the most
severe working conditions in the machine tool environment, whilst at
the same time being capable of guaranteeing maximum precision.
